I need to mend a hole in the crotch of some linen pants. I can’t decide if I should try to hide the mend or just make it visible. It’s in an awkward spot, but also I’m assuming I’ll still be able to see the mend even if I try to hide it.

I’ve got an old pleather jacket (ew pleather I know) and it’s shedded and peeling. I want to patch and embroider over the damage so it’s wearable but I’m not familiar with sewing on pleather. Any tips?

What would you recommend for fixing the seams on jeans? Mine always start fraying and tearing on the seams of the inner thighs but if there’s a cool pattern I’d do it down the jeans rather than finding one to hide it

Do you have any guidance on visible mending for a rip in jeans that happens right between the bottom of butt and top of thigh? I have vintage Levi’s that were my moms from the 60’s but have a huge rip right under the butt cheek.
