That’s too bad that this happened to you. We had an issue with United and they were right on top of everything and had our luggage shipped to our house the very next day I was actually impressed. Sorry you had to go through that though. it sounds really frustrating.It sounds like they need better employees down in Florida.

if it's Newark same happened to us we got there with broken luggage and when we came back to lax was complete cracked no wheels and it got replaced with a new one

I hate to fly that’s why I drive everywhere, we live in Maryland and have drove to California at the end of the month we drive to Florida. Hopefully you can get reimbursed.

I’ve heard taking photos before and then have evidence that the bags weren’t damaged beforehand.
