in reality, the officer showed tremendous restraint. even with the suspect unholstering his weapon the officer didnt fire until the weapon was raised. he would have been justified if he blew him away as soon as his hand touched it... he truly waited until he had no other option... very well done.

he was afraid of the officers. he was afraid he was going to be killed. his fears came true. bad judgement and moves by him. but in his eye sick or not he was in danger. his hands was the last 1s to reach for the gun. by this short vidoe its very hard to tell what the call was for and why.

If an officer ask for your firearm and you want to disagree . Then take the officer to court because to argue with an officer is not a good idea . Especially where firearms are involved .
