I made this!!! It was so tasty but would recommend using tart cherries if you have them- it needs some sour to balance out the richness. Otherwise super delicious!!

Not to be a hater but choux is the most overrated thing ever. The only reason people use it is because it’s convenient. Like that looks so good and I know it’d be so much better with any other base but choux.
