LOL no they are NOT… Paramount Skydance ( the new name of that company ) is preparing a BID in an attempt to do so… Discovery would then be spun off into a separate company. They are preparing this BID to try to prevent Apple / Disney from acquiring it and spinning CBS off into a separate company since a corporation can not own two tv networks according to the FCC.
