EASY HOMEMADE TOASTER STRUDELS!! INGREDIENTS:  >> 1st flavor (blueberry) * 1 package puff pastry sheets * 1 heaping cup fresh blueberries (or raspberries; 2 cups if doing all 10 pastries) * scant 1/3 cup white sugar (1/2 cup if doing all 10 pastries) * 2 teaspoons cornstarch  * 1 teaspoon lemon juice  >> 2nd flavor (fruit jam of choice) * 1/2 cup jam (1 cup + 1 tablespoon if doing all 10 pastries with jam) * 1 teaspoon cornstarch (2 teaspoons if doing all 10) *** CREAM CHEESE FILLING: * 4 ounces cream cheese (softened) * 1/3 cup powdered sugar *** EGG WASH: 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water ***CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: * 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese * 1 tablespoon butter * 1 cup powdered sugar * 3 1/2 to 4 tablespoons milk DIRECTIONS: > Take frozen puff pastry sheets out of freezer and let thaw. Bring cream cheese to room, temperature, and butter. Recipe can be done making only one type of fruit or jam,or 2.   > Preheat oven to 400° > Chop blueberries. Mix in microwave safe bowl with cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. Cover and microwave for two minutes and 20 seconds. Will thicken. > Mix Cream cheese filling. Spoon filling into piping bag or sandwich baggie. Seal, and cut cut off tip. > Mix egg wash  > Lightly flour surface. Roll out one sheet puff pastry to large rectangle. Use pizza cutter, and cut into 10 equal rectangles. Place 6 rectangles on parchment paper, or greased cookie sheet. Put spoonful of blueberry mixture in the center of each rectangle (don’t go too closely to the edges).  > Squeeze strip of cream cheese down center of fruit. Repeat. Place rectangle pastry on top. Use fork to seal all four edges. Brush with egg wash repeat.  Use fork & poke tops 5 to 6 times.  > Place cookie sheet in preheated oven and bake 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown.  >>> Make second set of four pastries. Mix jam with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.  Repeat steps  above.  (jam mixture, cream, cheese mixture, seal edges, egg wash, and poke holes) > While baking make cream cheese glaze. Remove from oven when golden brown.  Drizzle with glaze.
