Hi! I design houses for a living and I strongly discourage closing in appliances because it’s usually more of a pain than it is aesthetically pleasing and if they break it’s harder to change / get the same exact size. If funds are limitless and you don’t care about paying someone to do the work then I guess who cares, but most ppl are normal and don’t have that luxury.

i’d do large doors that open from the middle (hinges on the wall side) so that you can still do the swoop when the doors are open all the way.
