With how technology advanced we are, was there really no way, in real time, once the bullet rang off that they could hop on these cameras and see this? Like with the camera footage I seen, this dude should’ve been caught writhin minutes. They literally saw him get there, get set up, shoot, jump of roof, get into neighborhood, ditch gun, and I garuntee they saw him flee however he did.
