@crmnallyobsessed: A violent outburst inside a Florida courtroom ended with an inmate facing even more felony charges. Deputies say 46-year-old Evan Paul McCulloch was already in jail for violent threats and attacks on law enforcement Wednesday, September 10, when he spit at Circuit Judge William Roby. McCulloch then charged the bench despite being shackled and chained, attempting to attack the judge and spitting at him again. Courtroom bailiffs and deputies immediately tackled McCulloch, but not before his spit landed on the judge. McCulloch was awaiting a transfer to a psychiatric hospital for treatment of mental illness at the time of the hearing. He has a long criminal history but has repeatedly been deemed incompetent to stand trial in the past. He faces news charges of battery on a judge and corruption by threat following the incident. #truecrime #courtroomchaos
