Approx. 25 bitesize squares Prep Time: 20 minutes Chill Time: 30–60 minutes You’ll need:      For base 🔸 125g butter 🔸 125g dark brown sugar 🔸 397g condensed milk 🔸 150g Rice Krispies      For Topping 🔸 180g milk chocolate (I used Galaxy!) 🔸 Your favourite toppings (I used @CadburyUK twisted buttons! ) Method 1. Prepare the tin: Grease and line a square or rectangular baking tin with baking paper. 2. Make the caramel: In a non-stick pan over gentle heat, melt the butter and sugar together, stirring continuously. Add the condensed milk and bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Let it bubble for about 1 minute, until thickened and golden. Remove from heat. 3. Mix with Krispies: In a large bowl, pour the caramel mixture over the Rice Krispies. Stir well to coat evenly. (You may not need all the caramel) 4. Press into tin: Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly to create an even base. Use the back of a spoon or your hand (with baking paper) to flatten it. 5. Chill the base: Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes. 6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using short 10–20 second bursts, stirring between each until fully smooth. 7. Pour the melted chocolate over and spread evenly. Decorate with your favourite topping. 8.
