Did you ever have the ones that were a little bigger? I have fond memories growing up, watching cartoons w/three bowls - 1 full of whole dried anchovies, 1 the heads went into, 1 the bodies went into. I spent so much time decapitating little anchovies as I watched TV 😆 It was a very specific motion to do it cleanly and quickly
