I make brown sugar pecan cookies without the toffee and DAMN they’re THE best cookie I’ve ever had. Adding the toffee should make them SCREAMING!!

Mine turned out supper flat as well. To fix I think this recipe needs to be chilled 3 plus hours before cooking and/or add a few more Tbsp flour. I'm at high altitude so keep that in mind. Taste great even flat.lol
