I stepped on a sea urchin in Greece and went to urgent care back home in the US and the receptionists didn’t even know what they were 😭 tbf I didn’t know much either and that’s why I stepped on one

I worked in the ED for 7 years. My Mom was a 25yr veteran ED nurse. Never. I mean, NEVER. Have we heard of an Otter bite. I’d be googling that shit too 😂😂😂

As a physician who works in a rural ER, I have had raccoon, cow, donkey, bat, fish, many bird and dog/cat bites but never an otter. He is def looking up if he needs to treat for rabies
