All F&B outlets are not meant to last forever. Otherwise, how can new F&B biz come about. If every citizens are allowed to continue working till 70, then how to provide employment for new graduates? Same logic lah. 实话实说 my foot lah!

Personally I think food delivery platform plays a part in rising food cost. ppl would rather spend on big brand than paying for a $3 wanton mee to hit minimum fee for delivery
