@jess_happy_smallholding: I use my greenhouse all year round! When the tomatoes come out, my winter crops go in 🤗 I’m in growing zone 8. You can grow anything in the greenhouse over winter as long as it’s hardy. Here’s a list of what I’m growing: Ready to pick all winter: 🥬 Lettuce (Winter Density, Marvel of Four Seasons, Valdor are my favourites for winter).
