I’d take a bag of jumpers/spare clothes(iykyk) to cushion me, research the nearest defib and stand near an exit so paramedics could easily access me 😂😂

always finding exits, bathrooms, and a place to lean or lay down. I like getting booth seats when going out to eat so I can curl up in the corner if im painful, tired, or feeling off before or after a seizure
