She starts with three cups of tomato sauce, store-bought or homemade, then mixes in shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and a little ricotta for a creamy texture. She adds oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano for flavor. Then bakes it for 20 minutes at 350° F. While that's in the oven, she cooks her pasta in salted oiled water until al dente. Once drained, she stirs the hot pasta into the creamy sauce fresh out of the oven. The cheese melts perfectly, coating every piece. A sprinkle of parsley and more mozzarella on top makes it even better. She pops it back in the oven just until golden and bubbly.
