I’m still quite new to all of this, so apologies if this is a silly question; does anyone else find that their skin or stoma reacts badly to the heat? Usually, my skin is fine with the bag, and my stoma doesn’t normally swell but on occasions it’s tripled in width and length. Is this a common thing? The heat has completely wiped me out this weekend! (I’ve noticed I’ve had to change my bag regularly at change the size of the opening). I’m due back at work in two weeks, and honestly, I’m struggling to imagine having the energy I need by then 😴💤🥱. Should it take this long to get back into a routine!?
