1.Duplicate the layer u want aura on 2.Add Turbulent Displace:strengh to 0.090 Scale to 0.20. 3.nake sure keyframes are at start and end Now make the amount of the offset how much u like ur aura speed to have (y) 4.Add edge glow pick colour and put blend to 200% tint colour (white) max brightness smoothing around 5.40 threshold 0.90 blur 0.15 spread 1.90 (for people who wanna copy and paste )
