We saw the video of ‘a person’ running across the roof then climbed down and ran off. There was no visible firearm on him in that video… yet the law found a gun in the woods where said shooter said he placed it. So how is that possible!!

the only skill needed to make that shot is sighting the rifle. ill guarantee he missed his elevation aim point and with no wind and quality ammo, he isn't missing prone with a rest.
