New boss she said to our team, I’m very blunt, I don’t read teams messages, call me if you need attention, I read all emails aggressively. I don’t like this abrasive attitude. And as our new boss shouldn’t she be more nurturing! I don’t like her attitude at all! What can I do?

I know my boss doesn’t like me since I filled out the anonymous wellbeing survey. I was honest about the department and how some managers showed disrespect. It was meant to be anonymous but I think she figured out who said what. She now gives me the hardest tasks 🥺

Any advice for challenging a boss that gate keeps information. My feeling is the info is unimportant to them and they neglect to realise its important or has impact on my role but I honestly don't know.

This only works in soaps. IRL the boss will know his/ her behaviour is landing and they’ll get a buzz from it. They will carry on but out of sight of others. Now that you called them out they will undermine you from within at their level on the org chart. If you get a boss like this prepare your CV ! 😳😌

I did this to my boss and he said you don't do what I say which is the problem. So I setup and excel sheet with instruction recieved, action taken, follow on issue. He then told me that it was all BS and he hadn't said anything in the first Columb. I handed in my notice and sent the sheet to the CEO and copied him in as well as the head of HR!
