i think you added too much wine. Use the wine as a sauce to sprinkle on the ice cream, not as something to drown the icecream. It’s not meant to be like a root beer float. You don’t want the ice cream to melt so quickly

Pump the brakes! No where on a Breyer’s carton does it say “ice cream”. It does not meet the criteria.
