@juliexfit: WARNING!!! it’s a hard workout so if 12% incline, 3 mph for 30 minutes is not your vibe right now… that is FINE and NORMAL! Try making your own variation maybe 8-2.5-20 (8% incline, 2.5mph for 20 minutes) BTW this is LAST CALL for the Let it Grow challenge starting on MONDAY!!!! Can you believe it! Get your applications in before Sunday at midnight to qualify!!! So so excited to start this with you guys and end the year STRONG! On my story im going to put some incline walking mistakes and comment ZONE 2 or check out my broadcast channel for an explanation on why zone 2 is the preferred cardio type for a FAT LOSS SPECIFIC goal!
