almost everytime I walk uphills. or hiking with a little weight. it feels like I'm walking through sand and my low back starts hurting. mind you I am can do the forest service pack test of 45lbs vest 3 miles in under 45 minutes. so I feel like my si joint has something to do with it.

Wow, I needed this today! I literally just found out the pain I’ve been having after running on my right side is the SI joint. This is super helpful

The foam roller is one of my favorites. For more of a stretch my PT would put a yoga ball under my legs in table top and then I’d rotate side to side - feels amazing

I have chronic R SI joint pain. I've had both hips replaced so rotating and stretching is limited. Do you have any other suggestions? I'm thinking of injections.
