im a security applications engineer. I only have to submit a ticket twice a year, and do everything I can to fix the problem myself. but for some reason, they still treat me like the boomers clicking on phishing links 😕

I absolutely hateee calling my vendors support line because I know how it feels. I always try and do as much as I can prior to as well as tell them to make both of our lives easier
