I kept getting recurrent UTI’s. Went and saw a specialist urologist and he diagnosed me with an embedded UTI (caused by the original infection never getting cleared up properly the first time). I’m now on long term low dose antibiotics and dmannose tablets and have had no symptoms now for six-months 🙌🏼

I know this sounds crazy but eating chicken increases UTI. I used to get them all the time, since not eating ckn never had one since. read the book how not to die about UTI. when you're desperate you're desperate to not have them again ❤

Mel, ask for methanemine hippurate. It’s an antiseptic which basically creates an environment in your bladder where infections cannot survive. Been a game changer for me, I have chronic UTIs and haven’t had one since I started methanemine! X

the worst pain ever, I’ve tried loads of things and my far the best that worked for me was taking Hiprex and vitamin c daily x

Honestly the way she’s neatly welling up telling Sophie has me emotional because I feel the same when I talk about it too- it’s just a pain that you can’t describe to somebody who doesn’t suffer with them? And the fat they’ll never understand mixed with feeling so sorry for yourself that you do is… emotional. They’re awful. It isn’t just ‘stinging’.

d-mannose has saved me from having UTI for about 4 months now
