Lexions do like to be kept full, how are your concaves set up you have filler plates in the stock one or all open? Filler plate in the pre concave on both? Curious if the oem is overthrashing and putting more load on the sieve. If I remember right you had 1 section of round bar corn/bean grates on the SB

Find that sunnybrook in our 9080 don’t make a clean sample. Especially in canola. We loved them in our case combines but not impressed with the twin rotors
