@coachkatedurocher: I’ve had these videos in my drafts since 2022. 3 years ago, my (now) husband and I went through a really challenging breakup. We both had patterns that we didn’t know how to work through… and those patterns tore us apart. Now that we’re married and have done the hard work to overcome all we were up against, we decided it’s time for me to post these drafts… in hopes that they provide comfort to one of you. Yes, our story had that happy ending so many of us dream of when going through an ended relationship. But the real purpose in this story wasn’t just us coming back together stronger, it’s that through, I refused to forget my self worth. I fought for healing. I leaned on God. I trusted that whatever was meant to happen, would. I surrendered and stopped trying to control. And through it all, I found my way back to myself every step of the way… Leading me closer to love - both outwardly and within. Healing from a breakup?
