The child was discovered today by his grandmother, with his head lodged in a pit latrine, in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to dispose of him. She told ZNBC News from the bedside at Kitwe Teaching Hospital that her grandson had gone missing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
