Hay my two brothers went to Loughborough University. One became a science teacher the other did zoology now teaching in China and Taiwan. Not just sport : )

I did a foundation last year there, only non athlete in my class. Thats where they stick the athlete when they dont have the grades. No body intergrated out of there sport. Hell on earth

Loved my time at Loughborough! The standard of sport is insane. They even have a hotel with altitude rooms that can mimic Everest base camp for their athletes

I went to a secondary academy which specialised in sport and leadership and a huge chunk of my year group went to Loughborough. The ones who didn’t get into Loughborough went to Nottingham Trent.

Well…. I went to Loughborough to study Engineering (was 3rd best in country for Engineering at the time), ended up doing Maths. Sports is a focus yes, but it has a cracking Engineering department.
