7 years here I got them removed and noticed the difference right away. I hate it it's horrible every month it's definitely torture.

Oh I’ve been there. I have been on the combi-patch for the past 3 years. It’s the best decision I made to get on the patch. The sweating, mood swings and hot flashes are gone. Best of luck my friend.
