Crispy Roasted Okra with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce Serves: 6 Total Time: ~15 minutes Ingredients For the Okra: * 1 bag @kadbanou__ frozen okra * 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced * ½ cup @kadbanou__ frozen fried onions * 2 tbsp avocado oil (for frying) For the Cucumber Yogurt Sauce: * 1 cup Labneh yogurt * 3 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced * 2 tbsp dried dill * Juice of 1 lime * 1/2 cup chopped green onions * Salt to taste For Plating: * Handful of chopped pistachios (for garnish) Instructions 1. Crisp the Okra: * In a skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. * Once hot, add frozen okra and fry until golden and crispy. * Toss in the thinly sliced jalapeño and frozen fried onions. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is crispy and fragrant. Set aside. 2. Make the Yogurt Sauce: * In a bowl, combine labneh, sliced cucumbers, green onion, dried dill, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and chill if desired. 3.
