So do you sometimes use Epres then sometimes oil, or do you use epres and the oil then shampoo, the do a real (garnier) pre shampoo, shampoo again, then condition and mask? I like the idea of using an oil on dry hair, then shampoo, then pre poo, but I'm confused as if I need to shampoo out the pre poo being that I already shampooed the oil out. Or is it best to do oil on dry then add the pre shampoo on top of the oil, making it to where you only shampoo the one time, (even tho I usually shampoo twice anyway).

I've literally washed my hair twice it's been 1 week since following your routine. all I can say is thank you! I have noticed my hair is stronger already AND my scalp I am blown away. I have terrible dryness issues like seborrheic dermatitis. it's gone. I can't believe it !!

If you happen to use any of those pre-shampoo treatment AFTER shampooing, then once the treatment is rinsed out do you 1) shampoo again or 2) move to the next step, deep conditioning?
