My mom has them as do I. The only thing that has ever worked is taking Excedrin Migraine… as long as I got to it before it becomes a full on migraine. Also extra strength Excedrin is the exact same recipe. 😇

I used to get terrible migraines, the ones that would last for days and makes me puke, they wouldn’t let me eat,they made my life miserable and made me not to want to live until I got pregnant and was on double iron supplements during the entire pregnancy and they disappeared , my child is 4 now and migraines are NOLONGER my problem, I have appetite for food and I love life now🙌🏾

Came here to also recommend the Daith piercing! I had a head injury back in the 8th grade and spent most week days with Migraines for over 15 years. It's been 4 years since I've had it pierced and I haven't had a single migraine since. I got it done on both sides. 10/10 wish I would have jumped on it sooner.
