This is why I will defend compulsory voting in Australia until my dying breath. When it's compulsory the government has to make sure you have every opportunity to vote. No bosses stopping you, postal voting for nursing home residents, 2 weeks worth of pre-polling where you have 12 hours every day to vote early. No excuses. The US government could do this too but they won't - that would mean respecting the American people and they will never do that.

Absolutely, completely true. They could have dropped off their ballots by mail, in person, there’s absolutely no excuse! If you didn’t vote, you gave up your right to complain and gave your vote to the other guy.

90 million people didn't vote......Are we 100% positive that's what happened?? I'm not!! I personally know 24 people who did vote but their vote was not recorded. Kamala had 24 votes that were not counted. In fact, these 24 people's voting history was blank on the systems website. These people's voting history was restored in March 2025! So how many people had the same thing happen to their votes? JS

I live in a small town, there is no excuse to not vote. Employers have to let employees vote. My town has volunteers that will go pick people up and drive them to the polls if they can't drive themselves. People have got to vote!
