I’m so grateful for your take on this because I feel very alone. You are so eloquent, educated and calm. I of course do not agree with much of what he said. I am struggling with the act and what it really stood for, what it means for all of us. I don’t align with politics in general because I understand the system and illusions. The old saying the right wing and left wing are on the same bird. I just don’t align with with winning a debate in this manner. Thank you

I absolutely agree. But I've noticed that with extremist behavior or ideologies, there is always an extremist form of relatiation in some form. its something that has happened in history and in a lot of other countries. it isnt ok to take someone's life but when you are an extremist, you are putting yourself in a position for all forms of retaliation, its something I've been thinking on and looking into for the last couple of days.

There is a conversation we need to have that nobody wants to & that is CK is not just exprsssing opinions & using rhetoric - he & others like him are psychologically & emotionally abusing their audiences. Brainwashing them. Isolating them. On a social level we use weak words like rhetoric or stochastic terrorism to describe what they do. If his behaviour were within a family unit, we’d call it systemic/narcissistic abuse. They use techniques that pervert a person’s sense of reality. This isn’t just rhetoric that can be beat by a better argument, because their arguments are not based on reason. Once someone is firmly nestled in the shared delusion of someone like Kirk, logic can’t penetrate it - everything becomes turned upside down
