@coral.santoro: “Society is just sinners judging other sinners for sinning differently.” Read that again. Because isn’t it wild how fast we judge what looks different from us. Even if we’re doing the same thing… Just with better branding? We call it self-care when it’s packaged pretty. We call it destruction when it makes us uncomfortable. We applaud the person who breaks in silence, but ridicule the one who breaks out loud. The truth is, most people aren’t “better.” They’re just better at hiding. At dressing up their struggles in socially approved labels. At editing out the parts that might make others squirm. But healing isn’t linear. Growth isn’t always graceful. And no one makes it through this life without a little damage control. So maybe the most radical thing we can do is this: → Stop tearing people down for coping out loud. → Stop mistaking silence for strength and shame for morals. → Start honoring the messiness in others, because you’ve been messy too. Grace isn’t weakness.
