Waiving the court is a viable solution...💯🔥🎯 I never plea, I let them know I dont consent and I do not understand on their plea agreement, they were fuming mad. I checked the next day and they closed the fake case🤣noelle proseque!!

It sounds easy but my son sat in jail for months and gave up waiting on a trial because he just wanted to get out. Over 6 months he waited for a trial date with none scheduled , he sat in jail for months. He just gave up and took a plea deal. It’s all corrupt and fraud with courts.

I did this.. the day of court it was dismissed with out prejudice.. a year later there was a hold on my registration for a unpaid fine

yeah BS I tried to oppose a traffic ticket parking ticket that is and they told me I would have to pay a court fee to oppose it, in the sum of I think it was $150 to be heard in court for a $30 unlawful parking ticket.

I forced him into a jury trial, and after I was giving all of my views to my public defender that picked their case apart so much that it never even had a stamp and everything to eat, but it took year and a half to get that and then I picked it apart, told my public defender and pretty obvious he turned around and told the DA everything I had picked it apart with all that evidence wasn’t at the trial, and he just used straight up hearsay and brought in this actor that looked like he came right out of one of the local actors guilds and presented him as a expertwithout even bringing documentation to prove it make them prove everything
