Fried Cinnamon Sugar Apple Rings 🍎 * 3 large apples, cut into rings * 1 cup all purpose flour * 3/4 cups milk * About 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon * Cinnamon sugar to coat, about 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon * Oil for frying Oil Temperature: 350F-365F (medium high heat) 1. Wash and cut your apples sideways into rings (about 1 inch circles). You can choose to peel or not peel your apples. 2. Make sure to cut the core out of the middle and also cut a circle using a knife. I used a piping tip to cut circles out. 3. Mix up your flour, milk, and cinnamon to make your frying batter. It should be consistency of pancake batter. Not too thin and not too thick. 4. Heat your oil to about 350F-365F (medium high heat). 5. While that’s warming up mix your cinnamon and sugar together. 6. Once your oil is hot enough, dip your apples in the batter and place into frying pan. Fry maybe four at a time so you don’t overcrowd your pan. 7. Make sure to have a plate with paper towel off to the side. 8. Fry for about 2-4 minutes until each side is a light golden brown (repeat with the rest of the apple rings). Take out of pan and place onto a plate with paper towel. 9. Once your apple rings are done toss them in your cinnamon sugar while still warm. 10.
