As a vet tech : THERE ARE RULES. Your dog is NOT allowed to intrude others, or be a ‘problem’ to other humans/animals. That means NO interaction till BOTH parties want to. No recall? KEEP IT LEASHED. So many people think they are entitled. Untill you run in to the wrong person/dog.

People should have their dogs on a leash at all times if not trained completely. That’s crazy to me. I would never let my dog just run up to people. He is not an aggressive dog at all but very hyper and that’s not every ones cup of tea

I have a friend who has a CRIPPLING phobia of dogs , if a big dog runs at her she will go blind and panic so bad she faints. I just keep my dog on a leash ever since because you never know. I also lowkey can't trust other people's dogs not to go for mine when I'm not close enough to save her

my dog was a bait dog prior to me owning her I have the right to walk her responsibly I spent 2 solid years training her to be confident and well mannered and not so terrified of the world I be dammed if I let another dog bite her
