@toomacooks: Fatteh Maliziyeh |فتة ماليزية 🇱🇧🤍#fatteh #lebanon#tiktokcookbook #toomacooks Made with @meneldayaa.lebneniye hummus, Fatteh Maliziyeh is a famous Lebanese breakfast dish, especially in Tripoli🇱🇧🤍 Ingredients | المكونات 2 cans chickpeas (حمص مسلوق) @meneldayaa.lebneniye ½ cup tahini (طحينة) 1.5cups laban (لبن) 2 garlic cloves, minced (ثوم مهروس) ½ cup lemon juice (عصير ليمون) 1 tbsp paprika (بابريكا) 1 tsp chili (شطة اختياري) Salt to taste (ملح حسب الرغبة) 1 tsbp Cummin(ملعقة كبيرة كمون( Fried Lebanese bread (خبز مقلي) Mixed nuts: cashews, pine nuts, almonds (مكسرات: كاجو، صنوبر، لوز) Ghee + pinch of chili & paprika (سمن + شطة وبابريكا) Method | الطريقة Mash the chickpeas with garlic. Add tahini, laban, lemon juice, paprika, chili, and salt. Mix well. Fold in ½ cup whole chickpeas (not mashed). Layer fried bread, then chickpea mix. Top with hot ghee-fried nuts seasoned with chili and paprika. طريقة التحضير اهرسي الحمص مع الثوم جيداً. أضيفي الطحينة، اللبن، عصير الليمون، البابريكا، الشطة، والملح وامزجي. أضيفي نصف كوب حمص حب وقلّبي. ضعي طبقة من الخبز المقلي في طبق التقديم، ثم طبقة الحمص. زيّني بالمكسرات المقلية بالسمن مع رشة شطة وبابريكا، وقدّميها فوراً.
