Mediocre coaching. He has a few 5 star recruits on that team. You can tell Prime doesn’t care quite as much now that his sons and Travis Hunter are gone.

Maybe start by becoming Coach Sanders and not Coach Prime. When you are the show and your team isn’t, you have lost purpose. Not all your fault, surly media fuels much of that, but you Coach Sanders, know what to do to keep it about team!
