@sophiemorrisofficial: I absolutely love this Dunnes Simply Better hummus! The original one which was out of stock here has a particularly high chickpea content - 69% chickpeas!! Which is way higher than standard hummus’s and as a result adds more protein and fibre 👌 I also love that it’s made with extra virgin olive oil which is the oil I’d use if I were making hummus at home from scratch - it is the queen of oils in terms of its health benefits, loaded with antioxidants, rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is very rare to find a supermarket hummus made with extra virgin olive oil so I love that about it along with the high chickpea content 👌 It must be said that it is so easy to make hummus at home (I have a lovely recipe in my book!) and that would work out a lot cheaper!
