I was at work today, quietly expecting a message from him since I usually take my lunch break around 1. But I didn’t receive anything because he was playing MOBA with his friends. I found it disheartening because I always make it a point to message him before his lunch break at work. What makes it even more painful is that when we’re playing together, I notice he constantly checks his phone for notifications, yet my messages still receive late replies. Meanwhile, whenever I’m the one playing, I always make sure to respond as quickly as I can because I want him to know that he’s my priority. I can’t help but feel that it’s unfair. I often wonder why I can’t be treated with the same thoughtfulness and consistency that I try to give others. What’s even sadder is that this it’s a pattern that keeps repeating, and it’s quietly draining me. At times, I find myself questioning whether I’m being too needy or asking for too much, when all I really want is to feel that the effort I give is being reciprocated. 😭

Di naman niya ako kailangang iwasan or iparamdam na kailangan niya ng space. If he can just tell me na di niya gusto ng disturbance during the whole week, fine I can distance myself naman, so kahit papaano may panghahawakan ako.
