@tripimprover: The peaceful art of the Japanese artist Kano Toshun (1747-1797). Toshun was the son of Kano Gensen (1689-1755) and studied under Kano Toshu. He would become the 4th-generation head of the Surugadai branch of the Kano School in Edo. These works are part of an album he made about birds and flowers and are part of the collection of the Walters Museum of Art in Baltimore.
