Yeah I’ve did a few marathons and now glancing iron man’s as a potential next challenge, but I also don’t ride a bike or swim much. But that’s part of the challenge eh 😅

Thankyou- I currently swim in the pool which I’m confotable with. I might try open water swimming after the winter now,bike wise I’m more scared of being run over on the road 😂. Any tips on bikes at all?

I’m interested how you train for this? I don’t have a bike atm and just considering open water swimming. A triathlon is tempting me but I don’t know where to start. I’m training for a marathon atm
