No wonder am very skeptical & scared to take a mortgage ..I would rather save for 10yrs I build my house in cash than let a bank give me money..that house belongs to the bank until u pay evey cent & every interest rate increase they publish

I feel like there is a backstory to this, he might have acquired the loan through dubious means and Lang came in to sort out the mess, so he was asked to pay up asap when Lang found out. Just my thoughts.

yes there is that clause they always hide in middle of sub-artices that says " once the installment due date falls, and u fail to deposit that installment on that due date, all the remaining balance of the total loans and interest becomes due immediately with collection charges thereof" its hard, but defaulting on a bank's loan can be a death call.

The moment Me as an individual walks into the bank for a loan, alone!! am already defeated, because am standing against an instution with lawyers, accountants and financial advisors! and i walk in alone without even a lawyer, this is where the rich business men beat us! they review every word with their lawyers and advisors before any step.
