false, that's not how the calculate it. it is your basic salary devide by 30days and multiple by 21days. and that will be the amount for a year. and for those who has worked for more than 5years, any additional year from the 5th year, you will multiple by 30days instead of 21days

This is not how to calculate gratuity, you take ur basic salary, divide by 30days then multiply by 21days for those below 5 to 6yrs and for those above is multiplied by 30days.

this is not correct. if you worked for less than 5yrs, you will receive 1/3 of your basic salary timed the number of years, from 5 years & above u will be receiving the total amount of ur basic salary
