bro I can't write anything in mydaily because they ignore anything positive or fun and then get mad if any coaching is written down or questions are asked and no one else even leaves any notes. Literally one time jsut asked if they could make sure they're cleaning behind the hoppers at night when they wipe down the bars and they got so mad 😭

my old store had a shift only section solely on what did you coach today, and is felt very hammering on baristas and like shifts were bullying baristas since they were required to write something, also since my manager issued write ups from what the shifts say, even if it was false :(
