It’s the same as a warrant, the cops don’t know what it’s for…they just know when they run your name that’s what pops up. Sometimes being calm and listening can avoid a lot of sh*t. They didn’t want to arrest her, even told her she could call someone to pick her up because she couldn’t drive the car….its not always malice behind it….

I feel like she should’ve complied but it was a lot at once .. not sure if she was ever told the initial reason for the stop ( maybe it was for the tags ) hence she may have known her license was suspended but I don’t think she knew they’d take her car ! So I understand needing a moment especially after the news & the last thing I want is someone shoving a paper telling me to sign something I don’t understand when I’m being told i could possibly be stranded… I don’t understand the refusal police are so sketchy fight it in court … lastly for the police to say they need to look it up AFTER they hand cuffed her ; you’ve down that while she gathered herself ! but it’s easy to judge a situation your not in

All she had to do was cooperate. The officer was SO nice to her, and SO patient. In the first video she said "I could arrest you, but I don't want to do that... make arrangements for someone to pick you up". Cue tantrum.

Tbh it’s Florida and a seize tag, it was most likely for not paying tolls. They’ll send the letters and eventually they’ll just report the financial obligation.
